KNITTED PANT

Infinite Knitwear.
Apparently the days where our knitwear was stopping at the top are over.
It’s underside time!
AW14 doesn’t want us to settle anymore for a pull. The new tricot is in the mood for trespassing the line ..not only, but extra long and extra wide.

My response on this is OMG! The Comfort!

It felt weird the first 10 minutes I left the house (I have to admit ..) but then:

1. I am in London so I can actually wear whatever and people might think I am cool – tourists attraction!
2. 100% Cashmere on my skin is one of the best feeling – almost as good as the first day of summer vacation bare feet in the sand!
3. If you don’t want to be totally man-repelling you could opt for pointy loafers instead of birks.
4. If you are still unsure, put a trench on it!

But trust me. This is a trend to try!!

Back in the city and stepped into fall in a roaring nano-moment.

My fashion becomes a layering of leopard print – love and still big this AW14 – purring in a brand new classic trench coat – which will get extra attention and get old with me.

I started the big layering game. In this outfit I haven’t only played with colour contrast, but also lengths – three quarters sleeves on a turtle neck .. by now you know my love for a casual look! So ..Bermudas and beloved Chanel leather espadrilles combo.

I am not ready for stocking yet. As late as possible, thanks . .

THE LAST SUMMER OUTFIT

I am back in London and have only been seeing rain so far ..apart from paying a visit to Burberry (but this is another story ..)
These photos were taken during my last day in Italy, in fact we can forget about sleeveless tops now – Sleeveless what?
Bring on leather, layering, chunky knits, coats, furs .. music to my ears.
I actually love the Autumn season (LFW approaching included!) where I can mix and match this bermudas with bare legs and lots of layering on the top, big scarves, pure love!
Don’t you love it?
With this outfit I say good bye to summer in a monochrome look and I am ready to borrow my boyfriend’s sweaters (don’t tell him!) and live the winter in a tomboy look.

Bye Summer, Hello AW!

INSIDEOUT THE PIECES OF THE SEASON: THE SHIRT DRESS AND THE FLAT CHIC SANDALS

Soft essentials are the keys to my wardrobe. So it is on holiday.
What more than this Maje shirt dress?
Captain of relaxed cuts, this one will never go out of fashion.
I definitely see it as one of those creations that I can turn to every season – think it layered underneath a chunky knit, with leather pants and loafers.
I always think of the practicality of a statement piece. Glamour excursus. It is essential that it can be worn day-to-night. Of course, it all depends on the styling details. Such as these flat chic sandals. Traveler or evening, these Louboutin are taking me comfortably through 24 hours of Tuscany out and about.

WHITE VIBES

During these two weeks in Italy I totally adopted a white palette uniform. I let the sun, the heat, the beautiful landscape of Tuscany absorb me in a nomadic non-colour charm . . On a sartorial point of view, I am going to pack this Object dress back to London and wear it with knee length boots and a chunky knit which makes it the perfect transitional outfit.

Now, off the dress and the AW thoughts, the pool is waiting for me!
