I never have enough of casual chic looks, that’s who I am. A casual look elevated by feminine pieces and designer accessories is always what defines my personal style and it’s something that has evolved over the years.

Curious to find out when my inspiration is coming from?

Straight leg vintage Levi’s (legit from a vintage store and frayed hem operated by my scissors on my living room table) and new Gucci loafers paired with the latest cut white shirt trend (more here), layered with my beloved black leather jacket.

I do follow trends but I never wear clothes I don’t feel good or comfortable in.. That’s why, for me, there are never enough white shirts, off shoulder tops and layer of necklaces at the moment. The one I am wearing today from Dressfo is the perfect combination!

Good part of my time is spent into researching images from the web, magazines, tumblr, Instagram.. In order to be on top of the fashion game I think daily inspiration is vital. Sometimes I bump into an image that in reality would so not be my vibe, but it links to something else and generated a new inspiration. I love to shop for items that are perfect for an every day use like this Tommy Hilfiger stripy sweater. You can never go wrong with stripes and if you just add some fancy accessories to spice it up you are are going to give the right personality to your outfit.

It was the perfect casual cool ensemble to stroll around The Hague on last week sunny weekend! Blue stripy sweater, skinny ripped jeans and matching grey Onitsuka tiger created a comfy, yet stylish look.

Off duty looks are always my favourites and since the sun is still not strong in Holland (we still need a jacket most of the days) I paired my new Colmar jacket. It has the perfect biker jacket design but in a lightest material than regular leather. A match made in heaven for transitional weather!

In case you’d like to take this casual look into the evening, it’s possible and easy! The jewellery already allows you to dress up the casual sweater. You just need to add sandals with heels or pointy pumps and knot the jacket around your waist (it’s very cool at the moment) and you are ready for an aperitivo in a cool bar in the city!
